Niantic has released full details for the upcoming April 2024 Community Day Classic. This time, it will feature Bagon! Bagon's final evolution, Salamence, is a popular psuedo-Legendary Pokémon that also has a Mega Evolution. The last time Bagon was featured for a Community Day was April 2019, so it's nice to see it return!
Bagon Community Day Classic will take place on Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
Salamence will know Outrage upon evolution. Outrage is a powerful Dragon-type Charged Attack which makes it a viable Dragon-type attacker for raids.

linkEvent Analysis
It's a Community Day Classic. Salamence is already known to be a powerhouse Dragon-type attacker in PvE situations. It's pretty terrible in PvP situations (double weakness to Ice!), but as we all know a few move shake-ups could potentially change that.
I'd recommend getting a few good Bagon to evolve into Salamence if you don't have some already. Of course, Shundo Salamence hunting is always fun (a shundo is a Shiny with perfect stats)!
As for the bundles, I wouldn't recommend getting them. If you're low on Ultra Balls and really need an Elite Charge TM, then it might be worth it to you. The $1 Ticket is usually pretty fun especially if you aren't playing very long, but it's ultimately up to you.
