Get a Shiny Chest Form Gimmighoul in Scarlet and Violet Tera Raid Battles

Part of the 2024 Pokémon World Championships has included a series of events to get trainers all over the globe excited. The most recent event is Chest Form Gimmighoul joining Tera Raid Battles! You have from Thursday, Aug. 8 (at 5:00 p.m. PDT) until Thursday, Aug. 22 (at 4:59 p.m. PDT). That gives you two whole weeks to shiny hunt this one.

Note that Gimmighoul will be appearing in 1- to 5-star Tera Raid Battles. However, only the 5-star raids will have the shiny chance. The chance is also not boosted, so you'll have the terrible 1/4098.51 chance of getting a shiny if you only check the 5-star raids. But, this is the only way to get a legitimate shiny Chest Form Gimmighoul, so it's worth looking for the shiny or finding a Discord server with someone hosting it.
