Walking Wake and Iron Leaves, New Paradox Pokémon, Available Today

Walking Wake and Iron Leaves were announced at the Pokémon Presents this morning. We've known for a long time that Scarlet and Violet have internal references to paradoxes based on Suicune and Virizion, and now we finally know what they look like! Not only that, but we also are getting them later today through a Tera Raid event!

The event starts later today, just as soon as the games update (these Pokémon need to be patched in, as they are not currently in-game). Walking Wake raids will be available in Scarlet while Iron Leaves will be available in Violet. Get with some friends and catch them! Of course, you can only catch one of each per save, so make sure to choose the right Poké Ball! Also, they are shiny locked.

The Scarlet and Violet books contain sketches of Paradox Pokémon that look like fusions between the Legendary Beasts (Raikou, Entei, and Suicune) and the Swords of Justice (Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion). What's disappointing is that these new paradoxes are clearly just Suicune and Virizion paradoxes.

Oh well, getting them easily in raids will be nice. We'll be sure to have a guide post up shortly after they launch on some of our recommendations so you can easily beat them! At least we get some new Pokémon out of this!
