Select a move from the dropdown or enter a base cooldown manually. If selecting a move, you can also enable "Plus Move" to use its cooldown value instead of the base move.
Next, either select a Pokémon to automatically calculate its speed stat by indicating its level, IVs, EVs, and nature, or enter a Speed stat directly.
The calculator uses an assumed game update rate of 30fps to determine the total number of frames and estimated real-world time for the move's cooldown, even on Switch 2. Results also account for Drowsy status and even Speed Power bonuses.
