General Description
Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee! are Generation 8 Pokémon soft remakes of Red and Blue games taking inspiration from Yellow Version. The games are a blend of traditional Pokémon gameplay but bring in mechanics from Pokémon GO. The games are a bit more accessible to new players, but are still interesting for veterans of the series. Depending on the version you choose, you'll venture through the Kanto region with Pikachu or Eevee as your partner! Catch Pokémon, battle the gym leaders, stop Team Rocket, and become a Pokémon Master!
Story Overview
In Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!, the adventure starts in Pallet Town where you'll get your first partner Pokémon. This is the traditional start to a Pokémon game. Together, you'll explore the region and experience Kanto while battling trainers, catching Pokémon (without having to battle them!), and challenging Gym Leaders. As you progress, Team Rocket will slowly start becoming more of a threat, and it's up to you and your partner Pokémon to thwart their plots! Finally, the game's story ends with you challenging the Champion so that you can become a Pokémon master.
