"Pokémon Horizons: The Series" Celebration Event 2026
Starting September 16, the "Pokémon Horizons: The Series" Celebration Event will be returning to Pokémon GO!
This event features the debut of Charmander wearing Friede's goggles.
There is also a GO Pass and GO Pass Deluxe. For $4.99 (or equivalent pricing) you can purchase the GO Pass deluxe which will offer additional Pokémon and rewards.

Surprise Encounters
You may have surprise encounters with characters and Pokémon seen in Pokémon Horizons: The Series when you take a snapshot.
PokéStop Showcases
There will be Showcases at different PokéStops during the event. Each day will have a new category.
Wild Spawns
Charmander wearing Friede's goggles and Captain's Cap Pikachu are featured spawns
From 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. you will be able to find Fidough, Wattrel, and Chansey.
From 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. you will be able to find Eevee, Hatenna, and Rockruff.
Raids & Max Battles
Captain's Cap Pikachu will be in One-Star Raids.
Charizard wearing Friede's goggles, Meowscarada, Skeledirge, and Quaquaval will be in three-star Raids.
