“Pokémon Horizons: The Series” Celebration Event Returns to Pokémon GO

Starting September 16, the "Pokémon Horizons: The Series" Celebration Event will be returning to Pokémon GO! This event celebrates Pokémon Horizons being available on Netflix and BBC iPlayer. As part of the event, a special costumed Charmander wearing Friede's goggles will premier, plus some welcome bonuses, like increased chance at Kecleon at PokéStops!

Here are a few of the big bonuses to look out for:

• Tier 1 on GO Pass gives 2x Candy for catching Pokémon (or 3x on Deluxe)
• Tier 2 on GO Pass increases Lure Module duration to one hour
• Tier 3 on GO Pass gives additional Stardust for Hatenna and Wattrel

Different times will also feature different spawns, as Fidough, Wattrell, and Chansey will be featured between 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. while Eevee, Hatenna, and Rockruff will be featured at the opposite times.

Of course there will also be Surprise Encounters, special Field Research, Showcases, and much more as part of the event. You can also purchase the GO Pass Deluxe for $4.99 (or equivalent). The event runs until September 22.
