The Pokémon floats off the ground, making it immune to Ground-type moves, as well as the Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Sticky Web statuses. When the Pokémon knocks out a target with an attack, its highest stat is boosted by 1 stage.

The Pokémon becomes immune to Ground-type moves (except for Thousand Arrows) as well as Arena Trap, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Sticky Web, Rototiller, and terrain effects. Additionally, similar to Beast Boost, whenever this Pokémon knocks out a target with a damaging move, the highest stat (other than HP) is increased by one stage. The ungrounded immunities are lost if the Pokémon is under Gravity, holds an Iron Ball, has been hit by Smack Down or Thousand Arrows, or is affected by Ingrain.
