Tinkatink Announced for April 2026 Community Day

One of favorite additions from Scarlet and Violet to the Pokémon universe is Tinkatink. She's just a cutie with a tiny little metal club she made herself! This April, Tinkatink is getting her own Community Day (and yes, all Tinkatink are 100% female)!

Saturday April 11, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. local time until 5:00 p.m. local time will feature Tinkatink Community Day! Tinkaton that were evolved during the event will get access to Gigaton Hammer. Here are some other event details:

• TInkatink will appear frequently in the wild
• There's a higher Shiny rate for Tinkatink during the event
• You will be able to encounter Tinkatink with Special Backgrounds
• Tinkatuff evolved during the event will result in Tinkaton knowing Gigaton Hammer
• 2x Candy for catching Pokémon
• 3x Stardust for catching Pokémon
• 2x Candy XL chance
• Snapshot encounters
• Lure modules will last for one hour
• Additional Special Trade, and Trades require 50% less Stardust

Additionally, From 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. PokéStops with Lure Modules will have a very high chance of spawning Tinkatink and will continue to have the increased Shiny rate and Rare Background chance.

Of course, you can purchase a Special Research ticket, which will give you 3 guaranteed encounters with Tinkatink that have a Special Background, 1 Premium Battle Pass, and 1 Rare Candy XL.

I really like Tinkatink. Shiny Tinkatink's only color difference is the club (and eventual hammer) are bronze instead of steel. This is related to the fact that Tinkaton hunts down Corviknight, and shiny Corviknight are bronze colored.
